Carries additional confidentiality codes beyond the base fixed code specified in the CDA document.

Comment:

Typically, this is used where an institution has their own set of confidentiality codes that have different granularity that the base CDA codes, or for legacy reasons. For security-related codes other than confidentiality, see [[security-labels-html]].
